Admission Criteria for B. Pharm.:

DURATION OF THE COURSE:

The duration of the course shall be for four academic years.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

(i) Candidates who have passed Intermediate (with minimum 50% marks) or (10+2) standard from other Boards with Physic and Chemistry a compulsory subject along with one of following subject:- Mathematics/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology are eligible for admission to Ist Year of B. Pharm. Course offered by private colleges/Institutions of U.P.
(ii) Candidates who have passed 2 year Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) from institution recognized by the U.P Board of Technical Education Pharmacy are only eligible for admission to Second year of B. Pharm.

Age limit for admission:

Should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the said age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year B. Pharm. Course.

Admission Criteria for M. Pharm.:

DURATION OF THE COURSE:

The duration of the course shall be for two academic years.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

The candidate should have passed Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent (with minimum 60% marks) from any recognized university. Selection will be based as per the university norms.

Admission Criteria for D. Pharm.:

Affiliation from BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH

DURATION OF THE COURSE:

The duration of the course shall be for two academic years.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

No, Candidate shall be admitted to Diploma in Pharmacy Part - I, unless he/she had passed any of the following examinations in all the optional subjects and compulsory subjects: (Physics,Chemistry, Biology and /or Mathematics including English as one of the Compulsory subjects):
a) Intermediate examination in Science; The First Year of the three year degree course in Science; 10+2
Examination (Academic stream) in Science;
b) Pre-degree examination; any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above exam.
Admission of candidates to the Diploma in Pharmacy Part - I shall be made in order of merit on the basis of Pre-Pharmacy Test ; conducted in accordance with the scheme of Examinations and syllabus laid-down by the University.
